Police investigators have decided to prosecute Kim Quoc Hoa, former Editor-in-Chief of The Elderly newspaper, after an investigation into an accusation that he abused his freedom and democratic rights to violate the State's interests and rights.

 VietNamNet Bridge – Nguoi Cao Tuoi Newspaper (The Elderly) has allegedly published articles that "revealed state secrets" and have "signs of abusing democratic freedoms", and its Editor-in-Chief Kim Quoc Hoa, 70, may be dismissed.
