The Korean born Chef Sin Keun Choi has 10- year experience in the culinary field. Before coming to Thailand, he worked as a chef at several established Japanese restaurants in Tokyo, Seoul and Las Vegas.
Since 2012, he has been the Chef of Namu restaurant in W Retreat Koh Samui which was voted the best restaurant in Thailand for 2013-2014. In 2015, S.K.Choi was the winner of the Iron Chef Thailand.
