The 26th Annual Meeting of the Asia-Pacific Parliamentary Forum (APPF-26) will have an important mission of orienting member parliaments towards a shared future of bringing practical benefits for their countries and people. 

 The ASEAN-EU Science, Technology and Innovation Days (STI Days) kicked off in Hanoi on May 10, serving as a platform for scientists, policymakers and innovation companies from the two blocs to boost cooperation in the fields.

While the public and the media have showered praise on farmers who have made new machinery, the Minister of Science and Technology has called their achievements “modest”, and chided the public and media for describing them as “inventions”.
