N died at the age of 30. His wife - Hoang Thi Kim D - was the same age, a doctor and a university lecturer in Hanoi. D was so sad for her broken love, broken marriage, and especially for the sacrifice of her husband.

According to her, they were in love for over five years before getting married but during that time, she studied in France for five years. After six months of marriage, she returned to France to study again. Her husband died in a train accident when their daughter was only six months old.

At the morgue of the Thanh Tri district hospital, the woman flashed an idea: storing her husband sperm to have more children with him, even though he died.

She called some experts in France for consultation and then contacted some Vietnamese experts. Dr. Le Vuong Van Ve - a leading expert on men studies and infertility performed an operation to take sperm from the dead body.

Ve said that upon arrival, the man had been dead for six hours. He collected 14 samples of sperm of the victim to store at the sperm bank. Four years later, with modern methods of conception, Mrs. D became pregnant and recently gave birth to two beautiful boys of 2.4kg and 2.6 kg at the Central Obstetrics Hospital in Hanoi.
