Flower pots are placed on road separation lines.

On the pavement of Dien Bien Phu Street, the mascot for the Year of the Goat is made from wire, illuminated at night.

The Lenin monument on Dien Bien Phu Road is one of the highlights of the city.

The central streets Trang Thi, Hang Khay, Trang Tien, and Dinh Tien Hoang are also decorated with flower pots.

On Hang Khay Street, a clock – a gift from the Mayor of Bern City (Switzerland) – is surrounded by colorful flower pots.

Along the sidewalk of Dinh Tien Hoang Road there are hundreds of peach trees.
