VietNamNet Bridge – With just a few weeks to go before lunar New Year or Tet holiday, the surge in demand for the ancient Sapa rose is likely to quadruple their price, according to a survey of growers.

Sometimes referred to as French roses, they come in a variety of colours, though mostly pink and purple, and can survive temperatures as low as minus 15 degrees Celsius.
