An International Gastronomy Festival - Hue 2018, themed "The essence of Hue gastronomy", will be held from April 28- May 2, highlighting the best cuisines from around the world.

Organised on the theme of “Cultural heritage with integration and development, Hue - one destination five heritages,” the biennial event aims to promote art exchanges among cultures and introduce the unique values of the culture of Vietnam and Hue, boosting service-tourism growth and the socio-economic development of Thua Thien-Hue.
