This is considered a "historic handshake" that holds great significance for both parties. The event signifies not only the continuation of Banyan Tree Group’s expansion plan in Vietnam with upcoming projects in Ho Tram (Ba Ria-Vung Tau province), Da Nang and other locations throughout the country, but also a milestone in its journey to conquer the Vietnamese market.
The Skypark branded residence made its debut in Vietnam with the luxurious Skypark Atria Saigon apartments developed in accordance with Banyan Tree Group’s world-class standards. This demonstrates the group’s determination to continuously expand its presence in Vietnam, which is predicted to become one of the most attractive and fast-growing destinations for Branded Residences real estate projects in 2022-2024.
Meanwhile, the cooperation represents a ground-breaking step for HASCO Group towards defining "luxury living" within the realm of internationally-branded residences. The agreement raises the bar for HASCO Group's offerings, which are now held to even stricter and more unique high-end standards.
