A market coupon.

Chairman of Nhat Tan Ward People's Committee Dang Huu Tien told VietNamNet that local authorities had given market coupons to local residents in order to minimize and control the number of people going to the market. The card was applied on July 26.
Each household gets a market coupon to use during 15 days of social distancing. The coupon has the name of the household representative and the family address. Each household can go to the market four times a week, alternately at a certain time on even or odd days and Sundays.
Nhat Tan ward also gave labor cards to local families. Accordingly, one person per household is allowed to work at apricot gardens during the time of social distancing. Nhat Tan is known as the home to Hanoi’s most famous flower garden of Nhat Tan.
After Nhat Tan and Buoi, other wards of Tay Ho District will use market coupons.
Due to the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, Hanoi has imposed social distancing measures for 15 days, starting from 6:00 am on July 24.
Supermarkets and wet markets in the city have tightened regulations on epidemic prevention. Hanoi currently has 459 wet markets, 28 trade centers, 123 supermarkets, 1,800 convenience stores, 141 chains of stores, 2,382 stores selling price-stable goods, and tens of thousands of groceries. The city has arranged 1,920 locations in districts to store goods and opened more fixed sales points and mobile sales points when necessary.
