Under its plan, the city will build the Chu Van An park on an area of 50.9 hectares of land in Thanh Tri District. The government of Thanh Tri District will act as investor of the project, the local media reported.
Another park will be built at the Cau Giay new urban area, covering 31.7 hectares. The project will be executed by Sai Dong Urban JSC, while an 11.2-hectare park project developed by VNT Company is set to sit in the Hanoi southwest urban area.
Besides, Sun Group Corporation will invest in the Kim Quy culture park project, which will cover 101 hectares.
The remaining two park projects are Phung Khoang Lake Park, which will stretch 11.8 hectares, and Sports, Culture and Amusement Park, which will cover over 96 hectares of land in Ha Dong District.
In addition, the city aims to build, embellish and upgrade five other parks, including Astronomy Park in Ha Dong District, Bach Thao historical and cultural Park in Ba Dinh District, Huu Nghi Park in Bac Tu Liem District, Ly Thai To Flower Garden in Hoan Kiem and Dong Da sports and culture Park.
