VietNamNet Bridge – Hanoi will launch a special promotion month in November, with the aim of stimulating consumer demand and attracting both local and international tourists, the municipal Department of Industry and Trade has announced.
An estimated 500 businesses will take part in the campaign, offering a wide range of goods from food, beverage, essential goods, fashion, garments and textiles, footwear, household devices, interior decoration, arts and handicrafts to automobile, motorbike, hotel and restaurant service.
The highlight of the month will be the two “golden days” on November 16 and 17 when products at special discounts will be available at 25 special sites around the city. A “golden fair” will be held in the last five days of the month with special promotional activities.
A hotline will be available for consumers to report any problems during the promotional sale.
Moreover, this year, the event’s organising board coordinates with the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) to encourage travel agencies to join the month and reduce the price of tours and services.
On this occasion, Hanoi will host the 28th Asian Advertising Congress slated for November 11-14.
