The Vice Chair asked staff of government agencies to use the mailbox @hanoi.gov.vn in exchanging information at work.

She asked government agencies to not deal with the documents sent by other agencies using public mailboxes.

The Vice Chair assigned the Office of the Hanoi People's Committee to monitor the use of electronic documents of government agencies in the city and send quarterly reports to the Hanoi authorities.

Earlier, the Hanoi People's Committee received a dispatch of the Ministry of Information and Communications on the use of electronic mailboxes at works.
