VietNamNet Bridge – On August 1, the tourist support division of the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism of Hanoi was officially launched, with the determination to resolve the complaint of tourists about overcharging, fraudulence and harassment as fast as possible.

The division will coordinate with the police of districts and towns to solve violations reported by tourists.
