The game was held at Ho Xuan Huong Gymnasium in HCM City.
The Buffaloes dominated the first quarter, with Mike Bell claiming eight points, four rebounds and two assists in the first 10 minutes, giving the Buffaloes a lead of 28-13.
In the second quarter, the Buffaloes continued to rack up the points with a series of three-pointers, extending the score to 49-29.
Stefan Nguyen, Nguyen Thanh Dat and Nguyen Tien Duong then helped the Buffaloes open the gap to 73-47 in the next phase, with Nguyen scoring eight points, Dat grabbing seven and Dương bagging five.
In the final quarter, with the result already guaranteed, both sides through on youngsters to gain some valuable first team experience.
Bell was awarded the MVP with 20 points, 17 rebounds, five steals and five blocks.
Corey Cilia also performed impressively with 15 points for the Wings.
The Buffaloes will next meet Thang Long Warriors on June 26, while HCM City Wings will face Danang Dragons on June 28.
