The AC Milan Football Academy is scheduled to make its debut later this month and begin its first course in September 2019.
Co-established by the Italian professional football club AC Milan and Japanese-based Hojitsu group, the academy will headquarter in the capital city.
The academy will start recruiting coachers and learners in April, 2019.
Young players are expected to be trained with Italian coaches, using the “AC Milan Method”. The method dates back 100 years ago and prioritises both football techniques and ethical education through sport. All training sessions are focused on building up kids’ knowledge of the rules, fair play and a balanced diet.
