On the afternoon of September 23, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Sa Pa town Phan Dang Toan received the delegation of Pingbian County, Yunnan province (China) led by Mr. Tang Xiao Bang, member of the Party Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Government of Pingbian County, who came to attend the 120th Anniversary of Sa Pa tourism.
At the reception, Secretary of Sa Pa Town Party Committee Phan Dang Toan gave an overview of the socio-economic development situation of Sa Pa town in recent times.
