Recently engaged to Phuong Nhi, a renowned beauty pageant runner-up, Minh Hoang is making his mark as a dynamic leader within Vingroup, driving initiatives in green energy, advanced technology, and sustainable innovation.

Born in 2000, Pham Nhat Minh Hoang, like his elder brother Pham Nhat Quan Anh, maintained a low public profile for much of his life. However, he started attracting media and public attention in late 2024 after several notable appearances.

He first gained recognition when attending a music festival at Vinhomes Grand Park in Ho Chi Minh City, where his presence quickly went viral on social media. Shortly after, he and his brother dined with Nvidia Chairman Jensen Huang at the famed Pho Bat Dan restaurant in Hanoi, sparking further interest.

Later that same evening, Minh Hoang joined his father, Vietnam’s wealthiest man Pham Nhat Vuong, at the VinFuture Global Science and Technology Awards in Hanoi, marking a rare family appearance.

In November 2024, he played a prominent role in welcoming Bulgarian President Rumen Radev to the VinFast factory in Hai Phong, highlighting his growing importance in Vingroup’s leadership.

Leadership within Vingroup

Minh Hoang previously served as the Global Marketing Director for VinFast, leading major international campaigns to promote the brand’s electric vehicles in key markets.

In November 2024, he was appointed CEO of For Green Future (FGF), a Vingroup subsidiary focused on making electric vehicles more accessible. FGF also provides self-driving electric vehicle rentals, aligning with Vietnam’s goals for a greener future. With charter capital of VND 200 billion ($8.3 million), FGF is a key part of Vingroup’s strategy to support the government’s Net Zero 2050 commitments.

Minh Hoang also co-founded VinRobotics in late 2024 with his brother and father. This VND 1,000 billion ($41.7 million) venture focuses on robotics and artificial intelligence, developing automation solutions for industrial and commercial applications.

Additionally, he plays an influential role in VinVentures, a $150 million tech investment fund aimed at fostering high-tech startups and sustainability initiatives.
