Vietnam police have arrested Olivier Larroque (French nationality) who was hunted by Interpol international on suspicion of involving in a number of child sexual abuse cases in many countries.
Earlier, Olivier Larroque was accused by the French authorities of spreading depraved cultural products and committing child sexual abuse and child rape in many countries. Getting information from the French police, Vietnam police hunted Olivier in coordination with the Interpol Vietnam Office.
The police discovered the hunted man living in an apartment on Tong Dan Street, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi. On July 19, Olivier Larroque was arrested while working at the Vietnam France Hospital.
At the police office, Olivier Larroque confessed that he entered into Vietnam in 2000 and worked six weeks a year at the Vietnam France Hospital. Currently, the information related to doctor Olivier Larroque was deleted from the site of the Vietnam France Hospital in Hanoi.
Being informed about the arrest, the French authorities sent a Counselor and the Police Attaché of the Embassy of the French Republic in Hanoi to work with and thank Vietnamese policy for help arrest the wanted man.
