In addition, in line with normal practice at the NA’s end-of-year meeting, the Prime Minister will release a report on issues of great interest throughout previous question-and-answer sessions. The Prime Minister will also answer questions of NA deputies, Phuc said, adding that questions sent to the Prime Minister predominately concern the economy.

The Head of the NA Office said the selection of ministers and sector leaders to answer questions in front of the NA is based on the proposals of NA deputies and urgent matters in society mentioned in the summary of voters’ petitions. New ministers and sector leaders, who have not appeared in question-and-answer sessions since the beginning of the NA’s 6th tenure, are also given priority this time.

During the three-day hearing session (from November 19-21), a Deputy Prime Ministers will present a report on the implementation of the NA’s resolutions on question-and-answer sessions at the NA’s third, fourth and fifth sittings, and after that NA deputies will discuss the Report.
