The event will attract the participation of more than 100 golfers with prizes totalling VND1.1 billion (US$47,800).
Participants will compete through four rounds of 18 holes.
For the first time at the FLC Viet Nam Masters, professional female golfers have the opportunity to compete in a group of 20 players.
“The event aims to develop professional golf. The event will be more competitive as it draws foreign professional golfers living and working in Vietnam,” Pham Anh Tuan, head of the event’s organising board, said.
