FLC Group Joint Stock Company (FLC) has announced that Vu Anh Tuan will take over as Chairman of the Board of Directors (BoD) starting today, December 5, while Bui Hai Huyen returns to her position as CEO.
According to the disclosure, Le Ba Nguyen has stepped down as Chairman of the BoD, and Le Tien Dung has relinquished his role as CEO, effective December 5.
Replacing Le Ba Nguyen is Vu Anh Tuan, a member of the BoD. Vu Anh Tuan joined FLC in 2022 and has held several senior positions within FLC and its subsidiaries. He was elected as a BoD member during the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGMS) on November 12.
Bui Hai Huyen, previously serving as an advisor to the BoD, has resumed the role of CEO. Huyen has a long history with FLC, having held key positions within the group. Under the leadership of former chairman Trinh Van Quyet, she served as CEO and Executive Vice Chair of the BoD. In February 2023, Huyen resigned from both roles.
After leaving FLC, she became Deputy General Director of Dabaco Group in August 2023 but left this position earlier this year.
At the recent EGMS, FLC’s leadership shared plans to restart several key projects. The group currently manages a portfolio of 54 projects across 14 provinces and cities in Vietnam. Efforts are underway to address legal and financial challenges associated with these projects. At the same time, FLC is actively seeking well-resourced partners to collaborate on investments, ensuring progress and efficiency in their initiatives.
