The two-day event aims to provide a platform for F&B entrepreneurs and potential franchisees in Vietnam to connect with 30 of Singapore’s nationally-recognised F&B brands.

More than 10 leading experts in the fields of restaurants and catering are expected to address participants at the event.

Samuel Cheng, one of the co-founders of Simple Group, said Vietnam was chosen for the first MakanSingapore event thanks to its strong macroeconomic potential. There are also huge similarities in both cuisine and culture between the two countries, a factor which will boost the success of F&B products from Singapore in Vietnam.

The function creates the chance to learn more about the 30 selected brands and their offerings through exclusive brand presentations. From MICHELIN-bib brands to iconic Singaporean food names, each brand has been curated in a way that it can be brought in as unique F&B model for Vietnamese consumers.

MakanSingapore will be held on an online platform, allowing attendees to simultaneously access presentations, discussions, and the exhibition, and at the same time interact with F&B brands and enter the exchange area to connect with potential partners in the field of F&B.
