At Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City, Miss Universe Vietnam Nguyen Cao Ky Duyen and Miss Vietnam 2022 Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy were surrounded by fans as they departed for international pageants.

On the evening of October 28, Nguyen Cao Ky Duyen appeared radiant at the airport before her flight to Mexico, where she will compete in the Miss Universe 2024 pageant. Wearing an elegant white suit and adorned with her crown and sash, she stood out among the crowd.

Ky Duyen’s family, close friends, and fellow beauty queens, including runner-up Quynh Anh, Vu Thuy Quynh, model Ha Kino, and Deệp Lam Anh, joined her to bid farewell. Fans and media gathered in large numbers, cheering her on and filling the airport.

The crowd was so dense that it posed some challenges for Ky Duyen as she navigated through with her luggage.

Miss Universe 2024 will take place from October 29 to November 17 in Mexico, with more than 130 countries and territories represented.

At the same time, Miss Vietnam 2022 Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy arrived at the airport, preparing for her journey to Japan to compete in Miss International 2024.

Thanh Thuy captivated onlookers with her radiant beauty, wearing a short dress paired with glossy black knee-high boots, exuding a youthful and elegant vibe.

Her family, along with fellow beauty queens including runner-up Phuong Anh, Ngoc Thao, Hanh Nguyen, Minh Thu, Minh Kien, and recently returned beauty queen Que Anh from Miss Grand International, joined the send-off. Numerous fans were also present early to catch a glimpse of her departure.

Before her departure, Thanh Thuy received guidance on communication and interview skills from Miss Luong Thuy Linh, while Miss Le Hoang Phuong coached her in catwalk techniques.

Thanh Thuy is the first Miss Vietnam to participate in the Miss International competition. This year’s Miss International will be held from October 30 to November 12 across several locations in Japan, featuring over 70 contestants.
