Update news expressway development
The Vietnam Road Administration under the Ministry of Construction has proposed toll collection on five expressways funded by the state, with rates ranging from 900 to 1,300 VND per kilometer (approximately $0.035 to $0.051/km).
Each major highway project will have a dedicated deputy minister to tackle challenges and ensure timely completion.
