Vietnam Report, a credit rating firm, found that the CEOs of many Vietnamese enterprises in the VNR500 (the list of 500 Vietnamese largest enterprises) were born under Metal.
The number of CEOs born under Metal accounts for 27.8 percent, while the CEOs born under Earth were 20.4 percent.
Meanwhile, CEOs born in 1960s and under the auspices of a Cat and Dragon were the luckiest businessmen in 2015.
Under the Oriental philosophy, there are five basic elements that create the universe: Metal, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth.

Vietnam Report has found that under management of CEOs born in 1960s, 200 businesses are listed among the 500 Vietnamese largest enterprises. These included 30 enterprises listed among top 100, with the highest revenue.
Everything went very smoothly in 2015 for businesspeople aged over 40. However, those, who were born in 1963, 1960 and 1958 proved to be the most successful: a lot of enterprises had CEOs born in these years.
Reports showed that the enterprises led by businessmen born in 1980s have also been very successful: 1.2 percent of the CEOs born in 1980s now manage large enterprises in VNR500.
The Year of a Monkey in 2016 is symbolized by two elements – Fire and Metal. Meanwhile, in principle, Fire and Metal are incompatible, therefore, astrologers believe that 2016 will not be an auspicious year.
However, they said though there would be conflicts when cooperating with men born under Metal and Fire, problems would not be too serious.
They have advised businessmen born under Metal to be cautious when cooperating with ones born under Fire.
They believe that 2016 would be good for those who were born under the auspices of the Monkey.
