Bui Dinh Khanh, 31, a key suspect in a major heroin trafficking operation that left one police officer dead, has been arrested in Thanh Hoa Province following a nationwide manhunt.

The case was unfolded on May 15, 2024, when the two drivers received delivery orders from an apartment at Van Do Residence in district 4.
