General Vo Nguyen Giap expressed his joy for the achievement of the officers and soldiers of the army in 2012 and looked forward to the higher achievement of the army in 2013.

On this occasion, Minister Phung Quang Thanh also praised the staff and physicians of the Central Military Hospital 108 in the care of the health of General Vo Nguyen Giap and senior officials of the Party, State, and the army.
