Debut of Smart Operations Center in Thu Duc City
The Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City’s Thu Duc City introduced the launch of the Intelligent Operation Center (IOC) of Thu Duc City on October 23.
First survey on ethnic minorities planned for August 1
