The construction of the building, including two basement parking garages, started in November 2008. The completion of the work has been constantly pushed back due to storms and changes in the design of some items.
At present, over 95 percent of the work has been completed.
The floor area of this building is up to 64,108 m2.
The building is covered by more than 20,400 m2 of heat-resistant glass. The three top floors are made by steel structures, covered by glass, and are expected to be the best site from which to view Da Nang.
All working rooms have good views. The building can serve 1,500 people. On June 30, the building will welcome seven out of 22 state departments. The remaining agencies will be located here in the third quarter of 2014.
Workers are meticulously finishing the floor.
Many modern devices are imported. The security is controlled by magnetic cards.
There are 13 smart elevators from the basement to the top floor.
Stairs for emergency.
The fire alarm system is being finalized.
It will take about one month to clean the cover glass.
Around the administrative building will be a park.
