In 2016, the Ha Giang Provincial Youth Union and the Wenshan Prefecture Youth Union signed a memorandum of understanding on organizing exchange activities and learning experiences from each other in order to meeting the legitimate needs and aspirations of yount people of both sides and realizing the relationship of the two Parties and states of Vietnam - China and the two provinces of Ha Giang and Yunnan.

Secretary of the Ha Giang Youth Union Do Thi Huong hoped that in the coming time, the two organizations would continue to concretize the common perceptions and agreements reached between senior leaders of the two Parties, States, and two provinces ; strengthen cultural, artistic and sports exchange activities, exchange experiences in building youth-related models and support to startup models of young people;

Promote cooperation between young businesses of the two sides; implement activities to help youth union members and young people to start a business; provide the best services to enhance trade activities and economic cooperation, thereby positively contributing to the goal of improving the effectiveness of economic cooperation between Ha Giang and Yunnan.

The Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Wenshan Prefecture sent his sincere thanks to the Ha Giang Provincial Youth Union for taking the time to welcome and organize the talks with the Youth Union of Wenshan Prefecture.

In recent years, Wenshan Prefecture Youth Union and Ha Giang Youth Union have organized many exchange and cooperation activities, thereby deepening the friendly relationship between the two sides. The Chinese official hoped that through this exchange activity, the Youth Union of both sides would continue to share information and organize exchange activities; promote cooperation in talent training, startup innovation, border trade cooperation, promotion and introduction of products of young businesses from both sides, thereby making active contributions to the common development of the two  provinces.
