A concert titled “Luminous Night” celebrating the forthcoming holiday season is expected to charm music lovers at the HCMC Conservatory of Music on December 19. 

The concert promises to bring a magnificent feast of classical and popular music from around the world, designed to entertain arts lovers of all ages and nationalities.

The first part of the “Luminous Night” will present selected excerpts from G.F.Handel’s Messiah, such as Hallelujah, for unto us a child is born, The trumpet shall sound. The second part will feature favorite Christmas songs and Christmas carols, including as “Joy to the world”, “Silent Night”, “We wish you a Merry Christmas” and among other heart-warming melodies embodying universal messages of love and peace. 

The musical show will be performed by the Saigon Choir, a classical ensemble of elite singers from HCMC Conservatory of Music.The Saigon Choir comprises over fifty emerging classical singers and performers who have made their name via such successful concerts, such as A Broadway Journey, International Voices, the Opera “Carmen and more.
