Update news Bui Vien Street
On the evening of August 13, VietNamNet observed many people on Bui vien pedestrian street in HCM City using so-called “laughing balls” which contain N2O gas which is only allowed to be traded and produced for use in industrial activities.
Two students, Vu Hoang Viet and Vu Thi Phuong Trang, from the HCM City Architecture University want bikes to be used regularly for tourism purposes on some streets and are trying to turn the idea into reality with their Bike-Sharing project.
Located in downtown HCM City, Bui Vien is known as foreigners’ street. The 1,400m-long street is well organised with stalls selling a wide variety of goods to meet the diversified demands of visitors
