The latest standings for the 2027 Asian Cup Qualifiers have been updated, reflecting the progress of all participating teams.

The third qualifying round of the 2027 Asian Cup takes place from March 25, 2025, to March 31, 2026. This stage features 24 teams divided into 6 groups of 4 teams each.

Teams compete in a double round-robin format (home and away), with the top team from each group earning a direct ticket to the Asian Cup 2027 Finals.

Vietnam leading Group F

Under the guidance of Coach Kim Sang Sik, Vietnam’s national team is positioned in Group F alongside Malaysia, Nepal, and Laos. As the reigning ASEAN Cup champion, Vietnam is considered the top contender for the direct qualification spot from this group.

Vietnam secured a dominant 5-0 victory over Laos in their opening match, showcasing their attacking prowess and defensive solidity. Meanwhile, Malaysia defeated Nepal 2-1, positioning them in second place.
