Yeu Xa (Faraway Love) won the Favourite Song Award as voted for by the public, and also shared the Journalists Council Award with Bon Chu Lam (Four Important Words) by Pham Toan Thang.
Tuong, whose song has been watched by nearly 750,000 viewers on YouTube, also won the Passion and Creativeness Award.
Bon Chu Lam won the coveted Song of the Year Award, having been watched by 16 million viewers on YouTube over the past four months.
Composer Huy Tuan, one of the programme's judges, said that Yeu Xa was a contemporary pop song that revealed international influences while retaining its Vietnamese identity.
In its 10th season, Bai Hat Viet has introduced new music to the Vietnamese audience.
According to judge Quoc Trung, young composers that featured on this year's show had fairly modern styles. Many of them mixed sounds and sang their own songs, which showed a professional approach to music production.
"Bai Hat Viet has harvested a bumper crop this year," said composer Duc Tri. "There are many new good songs this year."
The programme airs live every last Sunday of the month with eleven new songs, which are voted for by the audience via SMS.
The programme's art council selects 11 songs for the live shows each month that compete for Song of the Month, Most Successful Sound Mixing and Best Singer.
The Favourite Singer 2014 title went to Uyen Linh, who won Vietnam Idol 2010. She performed many songs on the live shows last year.
Composer Huyen Sambi won the Creative Song Award, while songwriter Tran Nhat Ha won the Promising Composer Award for Co Doi Khi (Sometimes).
The Best Mixing Award went to Hac San for their mixing on the track Hoang Tan (Ruin).
Composer An Thuyen, who has been head judge on the programme for many years, and composer Truong Ngoc Ninh, who has made a significant contribution to the show, won the Dedication Award.
