Apple has already introduced five new products this year, but there are still plenty of surprises in store before 2025 ends, especially with the highly anticipated iPhone 17 series.

Alongside major software changes like iOS 19 with a redesigned interface, Apple is preparing to launch over 15 new products. Here’s what to look forward to.

iPhone 17 Series

After years of minor upgrades, the iPhone 17 series promises to be a game-changer.

iPhone 17: First-ever ProMotion display, improved selfie camera, and numerous other upgrades.

iPhone 17 Air: Ultra-slim futuristic design, but with some compromises.

iPhone 17 Pro: Upgraded camera system, larger memory, and powerful A19 Pro chip.

iPhone 17 Pro Max: Thicker design to accommodate a larger battery, significantly reduced Dynamic Island size.

Apple will reportedly replace the Plus model with an entirely new iPhone Air, and may even rename the Pro Max to Ultra.

New Macs and iPad M5

Apple has already released two new iPads and two new Macs this year, but the next major update will feature the M5 chip.

Mac Pro with M3 Ultra chip: Retaining the current design or introducing slight changes.

MacBook Pro M5: The first Mac with the M5 chip, offering M5 Pro and M5 Max variants.

iPad Pro M5: Few leaks so far, but it may include Apple’s C1 modem.

Major upgrades for AirPods and Apple Watch

Apple’s wearable lineup is expected to get substantial upgrades this fall, including highly anticipated new versions of the AirPods Pro and Apple Watch Ultra.

AirPods Pro 3: Enhanced noise cancellation, heart rate monitoring, and a new H3 processor.

Apple Watch Ultra 3: Supports 5G RedCap, features a blood pressure sensor, and satellite functions.

Apple Watch Series 11: Same design as before, but with a high blood pressure detection feature.

Apple Watch SE 3: Upgraded with the new S-class chip, improving performance over the current SE model.

New Apple Home devices

Apple has ambitious plans for its smart home ecosystem, with new devices expected this year.

HomePad: Smart home hub running homeOS.

Apple TV 4K (new): Enhanced with Apple Intelligence and an upgraded A-class chip.

HomePod mini 2: Features a new Wi-Fi modem, better compatibility with other Apple Home devices.

Additional Apple products
Apart from the core lineup, Apple plans to refresh some less frequently updated products.

AirTag 2: Features a new Ultra Wideband chip for improved range and enhanced privacy.

Studio Display 2: Keeps the 27-inch size but adds MiniLED technology and a better camera.

Potential surprises

Rumors suggest that Apple may still have some secret projects, including the Vision Pro (new generation) and Pro Display XDR 2.

Vision Pro (next generation): Expected to feature the M5 chip, launching at the end of 2025 or early 2026.

Pro Display XDR 2: Likely to be released alongside Studio Display 2 by the end of the year or shortly thereafter.

Despite the wide range of new products, the iPhone 17 series remains the star attraction for Apple fans. The new iPhone lineup, including iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, and the ultra-slim iPhone 17 Air, is expected to launch in September 2025 with numerous exciting upgrades, particularly in the Pro models.
