VietNamNet Bridge – American pianist Anne Chamberlain, who already inspired Vietnamese audiences in 2010 and 2013, will join a concert with Vietnamese musicians at the Goethe Institute in Hanoi at 8 p.m. on August 22.

The concert will take the audience on a musical journey from the 18th-century German classic, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, to the compositions of Richard Strauss, which will be sung by Ryoko Bohkumi. The concert will also feature talents of pianist Dinh Thu Huong, and sopranos Ryoko Bohmuki and Doan Thi To Loan.
Anne Chamberlain was born in New York City, graduated from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music and studied at the Juilliard School. She has given concerts as soloist and chamber musician throughout the United States and Europe. In recent years she has performed in Hanoi, coaching and accompanying singers from the Vietnam National Opera Company, and giving chamber music concerts with leading instrumentalists from the Hanoi community.
