VietNamNet Bridge – An event titled Doi Thoai (Conversation) featuring rock music and painting will be held this Sunday at 36 Cat Linh Street, Ha Noi.

The AC/EC (Asian’s Easy) band, founded in 2012 by guitarist Chi Hieu, Hoang Troc and Denmark drummer Janus Moeller will join the event Conversation which features rock and painting. —Photo rockworld.vn

The ‘conversation’ of modern rock and painting, of rhymth and colours, will be directed by painter Le Thiet Cuong with support of artist Thuy Kha and architect Nguyen Duc Hiep.  

“The event is a conversation of rockers with passionate interest in painting and painters with their passion for rock. Come and converse,” said Cuong.

The audience will have the opportunity to enjoy rock performed by Vinh Xiem, Dung Mui and Cuong Bong, who were popular among students in 1980s and 1990s.

Besides rockers of 1980s and 1990s, the event also features AC/EC (Asian’s Easy) band, founded in 2012 by guitarist Chi Hieu, Hoang Troc and Denmark drummer Janus Moeller.

Also in this event, works of painter Le Thiet Cuong, Pham Tran Quan and Hai Rambo will also be exhibited and auctioned.
