In early September, people in Danh Thang Commune, Hiep Hoa District, Bac Giang Province, detected two dog thieves. They chased the thieves and beat them to death. Before being beaten to death, the two thieves attacked the local people with electric sticks, knives and sticks.

When the police were present, the two dog thieves died. The police conducted an investigation, called a few people to ask and held them in custody.

This was the reason that 800 households in two villages in Danh Thang Commune signed a document to confess of beating the two dog thieves to death.
