VietNamNet Bridge – Twenty-five golfers in the southern region have earned tickets to compete in the final round of the TP Bank World Amateur Golfers Championship (WAGC) Viet Nam 2017.

In a qualifying round held at the Tan Son Nhat Golf Course in HCM City, they beat nearly 100 other golfers.
“The WAGC is the best amateur golf tournament in Viet Nam at present, attracting leading golfers of the country. I am very happy to become one of the winners,” said Vu Pham Nguyen An.
The elimination round for golfers from the north will be held at the Sky Lake Golf Course in Chuong My District in Ha Noi on August 11. The best golfers from the two qualifying rounds and 20 best golfers selected from domestic prestigious events will compete in the final round to be held in Taekwang Jeongsan Golf Course in Dong Nai Province on September 9.
The final five winners will then join the World Finals to be held in Malaysia in November.
The WAGC Viet Nam is part of the World Amateur Golfers Championship, the league system of international competition for amateur golfers from more than 40 countries.
