After refreshing its iPad and Mac lineups at the end of last year and early this year, Apple still has an exciting lineup of new products coming in 2025 - especially the highly awaited iPhone 17 series.
Most of these products are expected to debut in September or October, though a few surprises may arrive earlier.
Here’s a look at Apple’s most anticipated releases of 2025:
iPhone 17, 17 Air, and 17 Pro
Apple traditionally unveils new iPhones in September, and this year is no exception. The launch becomes even more intriguing with rumors of a new ultra-thin iPhone 17 Air, which is expected to feature a completely redesigned chassis.
Meanwhile, the iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max are expected to undergo a significant rear camera redesign.
Apple Watch Series 11
The upcoming Apple Watch may include new health tracking features such as blood pressure monitoring - though this hasn’t been officially confirmed. A new version of watchOS is also expected and may introduce a refreshed interface.
Apple Watch Ultra 3
Apple skipped an update for the Ultra line last year, but current information suggests a third-generation Apple Watch Ultra is on the way in 2025.
Apple Watch SE
There was no Apple Watch SE refresh in 2024, making the affordable model due for an update. Early reports suggested Apple would switch to a plastic case, though this plan may have been scrapped.
AirPods Pro 3
It’s time for a major update to the AirPods Pro line. The AirPods Pro 3 is expected to come with a new design, a redesigned charging case, better sound quality, improved active noise cancellation (ANC), a faster chip, and potentially health features like temperature and heart rate monitoring.
Mac Pro
The Mac Pro remains the only Mac in Apple’s current lineup without the M4 chip. It’s expected to receive an upgrade before the end of the year.

MacBook Pro
The MacBook Pro was last updated in October 2024, and a refresh is expected this October. While no major design changes are expected, the new models will be powered by Apple’s next-gen M5 chip.
Apple TV 4K
It’s been a while since Apple TV received a refresh. A new version is in the works, featuring a faster processor, with potential support for Apple Intelligence and console-level gaming. No significant design changes are anticipated.
HomePod mini
For the first time, the HomePod mini may receive an upgrade, featuring a faster S-series chip, Apple-designed Wi-Fi and Bluetooth components for better performance, and possibly new color options.
AirTag 2
A new version of AirTag is in development and expected in 2025. While the design may stay the same, it will include a new Ultra Wideband chip for improved range and tracking accuracy, along with a louder speaker.
New software platforms at WWDC
Beyond hardware, Apple will introduce its latest operating systems at the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) in June. Expect updates for iOS 19, iPadOS 19, macOS 16, tvOS 19, watchOS 12, and visionOS 3.
These software updates offer major new features without the need to buy new hardware - ideal for users already invested in the Apple ecosystem. While preview builds of iOS 19 will arrive in June, the official launch will align with the iPhone 17 rollout in September.
