The land plots are located in the two hamlets of Huong Dinh Doai and Huong Dinh Dong in the commune of Mai Dinh near the Noi Bai International Airport, adjacent to CN2 industrial zone cluster.
Of the 12 land plots in Soc Son district to be auctioned, 11 plots require buyers to leave a deposit of VND779 million and one plot requires a deposit of VND1 billion.
The maximum building density on the land plots is 80 percent, and the buildings on them will have no more than six floors.
The land-use purpose is residential. The term for land use is long-term. The form of land-use is allocation of land with collection of usage fees.
It is expected that the auction will be organized at the office of the Soc Son district People’s Committee.
Many land auctions have been held in districts in Hanoi recently. At some auctions, the winning prices were tens of billions of dong higher than the starting prices.
The auctions in Me Linh district were an example. In early June, the district auctioned 17 land plots at X1 point in Yen Vinh hamlet in Thanh Lam commune, collecting VND98 billion. The highest winning price at that moment was VND85.5 million per sq m.
The auction of 33 land plots at X1 point of Chi Dong Town (Me Linh) in late July attracted 270 participants. All 33 land plots were auctioned, which brought revenue of VND226 billion, nearly VND100 billion higher than the starting price. The highest winning price was nearly VND100 million per sq m, a record price.
However, at the latest auction in Me Linh district, the prices were lower.
The Me Linh Land Bank Development Center organized an auction of land plots at X2 point in Thanh Lam commune (second campaign).
The total area of 19 land plots was 1,877 sq m and each had an area of 75 sq m to 148 sqm. The starting prices were VND27.1-39.2 million per sq m.
With 15 registrations, the 12 land plots were successfully auctioned. The highest winning price was VND55.1 million per sq m, the lowest VND32.3 million. The total money collected from the auction was VND43.5 billion, just VND10.7 billion higher than the starting price.
